About CJC-1295
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It has been modified to increase its half-life and stability. CJC-1295 works by increasing the amount of growth hormone (GH) produced and secreted by the pituitary gland. With DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), it has an extended half-life of about one week.
Research Notes
Studies have shown CJC-1295 significantly increases plasma GH and IGF-1 levels with minimal effect on prolactin and cortisol. The addition of DAC extends the half-life from approximately 30 minutes to one week.
